"SLEEP LIKE A BABY" is instructional as well as a therapeutic sleep program.  Your sleep pattern was hardwired into your brain-body at birth.  Circumstances in life can alter your sleep pattern like work stress, money stress, relationship issues, and health problems.  It is your subconscious mind that strives to keep your body in rhythm with your natural sleep pattern; however, stress, anxiety, and bad habits often interfere with your ability to "get back in rhythm".  The instructions on the recording plus the subconscious suggestions will ensure that you allow yourself the rest you need to be healthy in body, mind, and spirit.


  • Listen to the beginning of the tape in conscious awareness until you have incorporated the new habits that will most definitely help return you to your natural sleep pattern.  Listen to the subconscious, hypnotic sleep suggestions (approximately 17 minutes) at bedtime, best listened to with headphones or ear buds.  It takes 21 days to break a habit and 21 days to create a new healthy habit.  Give yourself 21 consecutive days of listening to guarantee success.
